Landlords must obtain a permit and have an inspection in order to own rental property in the city of Clinton. Here you can pay the license fees online. You can also download the application and fill it out by hand or on your computer.

Note: There is a surcharge when you pay with a credit card. The City of Clinton receives no part of this fee. It is deducted from your payment by the credit card company before we receive our funds.
