The City of Clinton uses the Stripe Payment Gateway to process credit card payments. When you checkout, Stripe collects the credit card information, such as the payment total and billing information, and uses it to process payments with your bank. This transaction will appear on your bank statement as “City of Clinton” or “COC”.
